myastro.report

Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of reports on myastro.report by WEBVAY DIGITAL MEDIA EST., Office G01-628, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Commercial Licence No. 1020392 ("we", "us").

They are written under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. Where a customer is a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence apply as well and are not displaced by anything here.

1. What you are buying

A written report, produced for the birth details you enter, delivered as a PDF and as a web page.

Two products:

The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in the currency shown, including any tax stated there.

2. What a report is, and what it is not

A report draws on Western astrology, Pythagorean numerology and the Matrix of Destiny. These are traditions of interpretation, not scientifically established methods of describing a person or predicting events.

Nothing in a report is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing in it should be relied on in place of a qualified professional. Decisions you take after reading one are yours.

The astronomical positions a report is built from are calculated from published ephemerides and can be checked against them; every report states the settings used on its own methodology page. What is read from those positions cannot be checked in the same way, and we make no claim that it can.

3. Where this product comes from

This is a product of the United Arab Emirates. It is sold by a Dubai-licensed establishment, under the law of the United Arab Emirates, and your chart is calculated, assembled and stored on our own server, operated from the UAE. Support is handled in Dubai.

Two parts are elsewhere, and we say so rather than round it off: payment is handled by Stripe, and the report text is written by a model operated by Anthropic in the United States. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is sent where, and on what basis.

4. How a sale is made

1. You enter the birth details on the order form. 2. You are taken to Stripe to pay. Card details are entered there, not here. 3. When Stripe confirms the payment, the report is produced. This usually takes two to three minutes. 4. The report appears on the confirmation page, with a link to download it.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.

5. Immediate production, and what it costs you

A report is produced for you specifically, the moment you have paid. Before paying you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want it produced immediately and that you understand what that means for cancellation. The checkout will not proceed without it.

Section 7 sets out what follows from that.

6. Delivery and availability

The report is available for 14 days from purchase, on the confirmation page, through the recovery page, and through any share link you create. Download it within that time. After 14 days it is deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

If a report cannot be produced — because a birthplace cannot be resolved, or a technical fault — you are told so and the payment is refunded in full.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A report that has been produced and delivered cannot be returned, because it was made for your data alone and cannot be resold or taken back. This follows from your request for immediate production under section 5.

We refund in full where:

Write to r.parlak@webvay.ae. We answer within seven days.

Consumers in the European Union: see the separate Right of withdrawal notice, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your details are your responsibility

The report is only as accurate as the birth time and place you give. A birth time out by an hour moves the ascendant and the houses; a wrong city moves them further. We cast the chart from what you enter and cannot check whether it is right.

Re-issuing a report because the details were entered wrongly is a new purchase.

9. What you may do with your report

The report is for you. You may read it, print it, keep it, and share the link with whom you like.

You may not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it to build a competing service.

10. Our liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, without limitation.

For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to this contract, and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical for it — in practice, the price paid.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. If something goes wrong

Write to r.parlak@webvay.ae first. Most things are settled that way.

Consumers in the United Arab Emirates may also approach the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the rights your own law gives you and may bring proceedings at your place of residence.

13. Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
