Right of withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers in the European Union. It forms part of the terms of sale.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires before the 14 days are over if all of the following are true:

1. you expressly consented to us beginning to produce your report before the withdrawal period had expired, 2. you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and 3. we have provided the report to you.

You give that consent by ticking the box on the last step of the order form. The checkout does not proceed without it, and the moment you gave it is recorded with your order.

This is why the report is produced within minutes of payment: you asked for it. Once it has been produced and made available to you, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
